Another incredible Air Jordan 4 could be in the works for 2013 – this sick military-themed colorway that makes use of digi-camo graphics on the upper. 2013 was already one of the best years for the Air Jordan 4, with an onslaught of OG-style releases giving some youth to the oldest Air Jordan sneaker, and this sample, which featuring a beige upper and a unique combination of olive green and light blue on the camouflage print, hints at what else could be in store for the second half of the year. No word if these are a scrapped sample, but we’ll keep you updated on any developments regarding a release. The Jordan CMFT Max Air 12 combines Air Jordan 12 styling with its contemporary Nike Air Max runner, so it’s fitting that the first two colorways are split between a familiar Jordan look and one that evokes a team from a sport MJ never played.  A mashup of the AJ12 and Air Max 97‘s full-length airbag, here’s a look at a UNC-style CMFT 12 and one that only folks in Kansas City wouldn’t want to associate with the Oakland Raiders.  There’s an Nike Free Run 3.0 V4 interesting mix Air Jordan 3.5 of Air Jordan 2 materials here with the Obsidian joints mixing tumbled and pebbled leather while the black/silver pair opts for an unprecedented combination of nylon mesh and a faux-croc mudguard.  Check out both pairs in pics that follow the jump and grab them next Saturday, November 20th from SoleFly.
 

After several years of having been banished to the shadows surrounding New Balance’s retro running releases, the 998 returned this year with its OG colorway hitting retailers in spring.  The reception was warm, but as the weather turns to cold, it’ll be interesting to see how these upcoming New Balance 998 colorways are received.  On one hand, they’re not as rarefied as the OG M998GNR, and there are several other 900-series models poised to make a push in late 2011, but you simply cannot go wrong with a model like this one in a tonal suede and mesh design.  Click through to see more from the black and brown pairs and stick with Sneaker News for their US release dates.  via FNG
