Just how do you g5e the most stylish shoe in your line-up a ‘premium’ treatment?13 Dec 13 - 22:04
Just how do you g5e the most stylish shoe in your line-up a ‘premium’ treatment? The Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski is one of those few skate shoes that has managed to permeate not a casual-wear crowd, but the fastidious lifestyle crowd. Such a sleek design wasn’t meant for skating, but the Janoski is just that, and for the Spring 2012 season, it’s about to get a bit of an upgrade. This Premium Janoski features a clean colorway of Metallic Silver, White, and Anthracite, and uses premium materials to complete the upgraded package. One bit of news to note is that the Premium variety carries a price-tag $12 higher than the original ($90 vs. $78). In any case, expect more Nike SB news soon, so let us know what you think of this upcoming Janoski release. via CK.
During the tail end of the Spring 2008 season, Free Run Brand introduced the Free Run Enhancer, a lower-cut performance basketball shoe that drew design cues from the Free Run CP3 – Chris Paul’s first signature shoe with Free Run Brand. Like the CP3, the Free Run Enhancer featured Nike Free Run 3 prominent flex grooves on the outsole for great forefoot flexion, and also utilized a lightweight carbon-fiber shank plate at the midfoot for that ‘spring’ that gave the Air Free Run XI its supreme performance. Although the Free Run Enhancer was short l5ed, as we only recall a black/white colorway, this unreleased colorway of the Free Run Enhancer would’ve Nike Free Run 5.0 V3 been a nice summer option thanks to the light colorway, similar to the ‘DTRT’ versions of the Air Free Run 3. Check out the additional images of this unreleased colorway of the Free Run Enhancer and check out the auction from dballaholic on us stroes.

Not exactly Foamposite, but it seems that was the approach to this release, does it not? Sneaker News gave you a look at a sample pair of this Free Run S6.0 Rings last year, and many of our readers likened the metallic, glossy finish of the upper material to Foamposite. That assessment was understandable considering Foamposite was (and still is) one of the hottest sneaker happenings at the time. In fact, it was the first Dark Neon Royal colorway of the S6.0 Rings that Nike Free Run 3.0 V2 sparked that comparison. The final verdict is that the material is indeed not Foamposite, but instead a nice alternat5e, g5ing the S6.0 Rings some new life for 2011. The Black/Dark Charcoal colorway will hit select Free Run Brand Retailers tomorrow so check your local spot for these and let us know what you think.
