It seems as if the Air Jordan V retro will stick to original colorways in 2013 save for the kids sizes, which continue to be equipped with their own exclusive, and generally brighter, schemes. This preview promises yet another full of light colors, as the sneakers cram in bits of pink and orange on the sole kit and tongue to spice up the otherwise pretty standard blacked out upper. Continue reading to get the full preview and tell us in the comments if the Air Jordan V GS is one that you’re looking forward to picking up.
The Zoom LeBron Soldier 6 was fairly quiet for a shoe that was once the playoff go-to model for the NBA’s biggest star. Only a few colorways to date mean more might be waiting in the wings, but we already have a sense of its impending demise now that the sequel is already showing up in preview shots. Our first look at the Nike LeBron Soldier VII shows that the ‘Joker’ theme will continue to be a thread to follow as we head into 2013. Stick with Sneaker News to find out more about the LeBron Soldier 7 including release info and let us know what you think about this first colorup after you’ve seen more below. Nobody likes to see a retro model sent off for good. It’s always a bittersweet ending when a long-standing favorite is tucked away again, but at least with the case of the Asics Gel X-Tra pairs shown above they’re sending them off with a bit of fanfare. Both Nike Free Run 5.0 V1 Gel models pictured here, the Asics A6-Gel X-Tra and the Asics Gel-111 X-Tra, will go for their victory lap in the European market, a land that has long enjoyed a much more readily available stream of Asics retro models than us American folk. Click through to get a Mens Nike Free Run look at both pairs from the Asics Gel X-Tra ‘End of an Era’ pack and let us know if you’ll be importing either from the likes of spots like 24 Kilates or Caliroots.
