Nike gets involved with TEDxPortland once again as we get a look at a special pair of the Nike20 Nov 13 - 02:25 The latest Nike Air Max 1 ND revelation is accompanied by two similar styles, but this one opts for the least shiny approach of the three. This leaves room for the Nike Free Run 5.0 V4 Mine and Mercury Grey shades Nike Free Run 5.0 V3 to take a more natural approach, and the payoff is huge next to a speckled soft green midsole/gum outsole setup. Let us know if you think these are the pick of the litter on the new ND colorways after you’ve seen more below, then pre-order a pair today from End. Nike gets involved with TEDxPortland once again as we get a look at a special pair of the Nike Waffle Racer created to commemorate the upcoming event on April 27th with the theme of “What If?”. In advance of the event, TEDxPortland has arranged a special scavenger hunt with destination clues and such, with one of the winning prices being the Nike Waffle Racer “What If?”, designed by Adam Welliver and Gemo Wong of Nike. The shoes feature the signature Red/Black colorway associated with the event, with “What If?” significations on the heel, tongue, and lace-tips and a sick insole design from local graphic designer Jake Holloman. Check out the detailed photos below, and if you’re in the area, join in on the TEDxPortland scavenger hunt by RSVPing on the TEDxPortland event Nike Free Run 3.0 V5 page.
It wouldn’t be right to create a City Series-style group of Nike Air Max models without giving a nod to London. Some of that city’s favorite styles are upgraded for their four sneaker set, of which most is on display here. Included are the Nike Air Max 1 Hyperfuse, the Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse, the Nike Air Max 95 Hyperfuse, and that hybrid model known as the Nike Air Max 1 2013 (Not pictured). Hit the jump with us for a full look at the colorful set, all emblazoned with their tie-in town on the tongue, and watch for the wider release to go down soon.
Is that Dynamic Flywire we see on this Griffey model? That introduction of that new age support system is one that sort of characterizes how eager Nike Sportswear has been to remix Griff’s lineage with newfangled tech. The Nike Air Max 360 Diamond Griff is carrying that torch, this time doing so with a fiery red pimento look. Get all the angles on this Nike Air Max 360 Diamond Griff colorway after the jump, watch for them at spots like Sneaker Lounge on April 6th, and check out what’s already up for grabs on my stroes.
